Delivery Consultants - London
 

Due to the expansion of our service for our major accounts we are looking for Resource Consultants to effectively deliver into multiple accounts.

The main duties for this role will be:

To source and deliver the best candidates for permanent IT vacancies across multiple clients, using external sourcing methods, ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met.

This role will be based in our Head Office in London.

To be considered for this role you will have a solid recruitment background delivering professional staff, together with experience of managing a large volume of requirements, ideally within the IT/Technology arena. This is a service-oriented role so excellent relationship skills are essential - communicating at all levels, together with the ability to work autonomously.

Onsite Recruiters - Manchester and Hook
 

Hyphen is currently experiencing a high level of demand for its services. Due to the expansion of our business we are looking for on-site recruiters to service clients in a number of locations.

 

The main duties for this role will be:

 

To source and deliver the best candidates at all levels for the on-site programme, using internal and/or external sourcing methods, ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met. Be a key member in delivering the RPO to client, to meet the recruitment requirements of the client (or a specific function or division within the client) by delivering permanent candidates.


To be considered for this position you will have a good on-site recruitment or delivery background, with experience of direct hiring. It would be advantageous to have worked in a technology/IT-focussed environment. Excellent relationship skills are essential - communicating at all levels, together with the ability to work autonomously.

On Site Delivery Consultant (Engineering)
 

Our Client is a large engineering firm who are based South London. The role is to work on-site and carry out a mixture of direct and agency recruitment. The RPO is a fast paced account and the successful applicant needs to have a structured and process driven approach.  

Key Role Responsibilites -

  • To source and deliver the best candidates at all levels across engineering for the on-site programme, using internal and/or external sourcing methods, ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met. The growth area will be the direct resourcing area.
  • Be a key member in delivering the RPO to the client, to meet the recruitment requirements of the client (or a specific function or division within the client) by delivering permanent candidates. Candidates will be sourced through internal applications and direct recruitment.

The successful applicant ideally will have on-site recruitment experience but we will consider candidates from an agency background who have sourced commercial / engineering professionals and who are used to high volume recruitment programmes.

Senior Onsite Recruiter - Direct Sourcing London
 

The role is to work onsite at a large multi-national business in London. The client is currently expanding its workforce rapidly (this has been for the past 6 months +) and and there is a need to expand the existing hyphen RPO offering. The key skill that the candidate must have is a track record in direct sourcing with a proven ability to network / head hunt and recruit to a diverse set of roles.

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

§         Direct Sourcing - the role holder will be expected to source 45%+ from direct channels

§         Relationship Management: Use effective communication techniques to build strong relationships through regular face to face or telephone reviews with the following: Client managers and stakeholders / Internal and External Candidates / Preferred Suppliers / Hyphen’s advertising agency / Hyphen’s Service Centre / Hyphen management

§         Manage the recruitment process

§         Qualify vacancy with the Hiring Manager, agreeing shortlist criteria and interview process

§         Devise recruitment strategy

§         Agree on key milestones and timetable

§         Establish the appropriate recruitment method to source the best candidates ensuring the direct recruitment targets are met

§         Qualifying candidates to produce shortlist and where required long lists

§         Briefing the managers by highlighting strengths and weaknesses of short-listed candidates

§         Carrying out and leading CBI for all candidates and providing support to managers interviewing candidates

§         Provide objective feedback to candidates and suppliers post interview

§         Manage the candidate through out the recruitment process.

§         Add value to the Recruitment Process by keeping up to date with the recruitment market, employment legislation and the clients industry

§         Advise the client of pertinent changes to the employment market and legislation

§         Provide the best-in-class recruitment experience for all candidates from initial application to final conclusion

§         Managing the customers expectations in line with the points above and achieving high Customer Satisfaction

Recruitment Business Partner (Yorkshire)
 

Recruitment Business Partner - Reporting into the Account Director

 

The role is to work onsite for hyphen (Yorkshire based) at one of the most prestigious financial services businesses in the UK.  You will be alligned to a particular business stream where you will take full responsibility for the end to end delivery of all recruitment solutions. You will be one of the key components within the hyphen recruitment

function and will be the lynchpin between the onsite delivery team and the client. You will be responsible for agreeing, delivering and implementing recruitment strategy

in conjunction with key client sponsors.

 

Responsibilities

 

To liaise with the key hyphen recruitment functions supporting the delivery process including the resource teams and advertising partner.

To liaise with key client HR sponsors per assigned sector as part of a cohesive overall HR service

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a high touch service to the client being experts within a chosen sector, anticipating future requirements, understanding business needs, assisting the client through peaks and troughs.
  • Provide a visible face-to-face service that takes ownership of the end-to-end service delivery builds relationships and is a single point of contact
  • Drive service delivery in-line with the strategic recruitment goals of the client, with particular focus on ensuring internal mobility charter and targets are met
  • Advise on hiring strategies
  • Provide recommendations and costs on attraction policies.
  • Build relationships with all business influencers eg, Senior Business Managers and HR or Procurement sponsors (including Head of Dept level)
  • Work with the hyphen resource team to ensure a good quality pipeline is provided to the client
  • Create, manage and maintain the key client contacts at hiring level to ensure regular communication with all key departments

 

Delivery

  • Where appropriate, qualify job roles or service requirements, including timescales, interview block bookings, expectations and costs with the client.
  • To work with the on-site team/resourcers, taking responsibility for the effective delivery of internal and external hiring and dealing with the end-to-end process  vacancy approval through to offer and on-boarding.
  • Assist and support the Account Director to identify and drive new service opportunities across all service lines (e.g. consultancy offerings & international services).
  • Drive fulfillment, quality of service, cost of delivery and compliance by providing and monitoring SLA’s or KPI’s on all aspects of the service
  • Ensure regular service/performance reviews are performed
