As Bid Executive you will work as part of a high profile centralised Bid team creating, developing and producing industry-leading proposals, response to tenders, speculative papers, case studies and presentations to win business for the multiple brands within the Spring Group, including hyphen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the bid element of the sales process, including handover to Sales Lead for closing and to Operations for go live, as relevant.
• To engage the right internal experts, at the right time, working with them and challenging them to create winning solutions
• To take detailed briefs from clients and internal contacts, construction of creative and cohesive arguments based on briefings and existing knowledge, particularly for new services
• Articulate winning solutions to specific client challenges in high quality documents and presentations
• Research competitors and comparative business to business marketing

To be considered you will possess the following experience:

·        Co-ordination, development and creation of sales documents, reports or proposals

Due to the expansion of our service for our major accounts we are looking for a Resourcer to effectively deliver into multiple accounts.

The main duties for this role will be:

To source and deliver the best candidates for permanent IT vacancies across multiple clients, using external sourcing methods, ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met.

This role will be based in our Head Office in London.

To be considered for this role you will have a solid recruitment background delivering professional staff, together with experience of managing a large volume of requirements, ideally within the IT/Technology arena. This is a service-oriented role so excellent relationship skills are essential - communicating at all levels, together with the ability to work autonomously.

Due to the expansion of our business within one of our largest accounts, we are looking for an on-site delivery manager to service the client across business change and IT.

The main duties for this role will be:

To source and deliver the best temporary candidates for the on-site programme, using internal and/or external sourcing methods, ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met. This will include managing the whole recruitment process, negotiating pay rates, managing the offer and on-boarding process through to managing the contractor base.

This role will be based on-site with the client in Norwich.

Hyphen is currently experiencing a high level of demand for its services. Due to the expansion of our business we are looking for an on-site recruiter to service a global telecommunications provider in Bristol.

The main duties for this role will be:

To source and deliver the best candidates at all levels for the on-site programme, using internal and/or external sourcing methods, ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met. Be a key member in delivering the RPO to client, to meet the recruitment requirements of the client by delivering on IT/technology vacancies.

To be considered for this position it is essential you have a good IT recruitment background. It would be advantageous to have worked in an on-site capacity and with contract/temporary recruitment. Excellent relationship skills are essential - communicating at all levels, together with the ability to work autonomously.
